RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
What is your return policy?
We offer a stress-free 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Simply send your products back to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Your refund will be the amount paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase, taking into account any special promotions and/or discounts used when the order was placed. The original shipping charge is not reimbursable and will not be included in your total refund amount.
Address for the return department will be provided after filling the contact form! Please do not send the items unless they are approved for return.
Who pays return shipping?
We do not provide a return label or pay for return shipping. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.
Do you charge re-stocking fee?
No, we don’t charge restocking fee for any refund, exchange or cancellation.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to initiate a return request within 14 days of your delivery. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include all parts, tags and accessories
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced. You exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the rights to exchange the item, one time.
Cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at [email protected] if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

You will be updated for their Return Status through their EMAIL, provided that contact information is recorded to us.
Please don’t send any returns to our office address or manufacturer address. We accept returns via multiple warehouses. The return address will be available in your return confirmation e-mail that we send to you.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method or your bank account you’ve used during the purchase. It might take 5-15 business days to be available in your bank account depending on your bank.
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
Buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
