I bought these glasses for my 90 yr old parents bec the glasses are small and light, the handle is easy to grab and they're glass not plastic. My parents really like them. They'll use these glasses at home and in the car. I suggested they take them in restaurants so they can drink filtered water from home not tap water at the restaurant. The metal lids screw on and off very easily and have a tight seal. The handmade glass straws are great. I removed the plastic grommet in the hole in the lid so these glass straws fit perfectly. the lids fit regular mason jars just fine. I sometimes use the lid and straw from these with the vintage mason jars for a cute patriotic lemonade on a hot summer day.

This is a nice heavy glass piece (but not TOO heavy). It came poorly packaged in just bubble wrap in a big box, and I heard it clanking around, so I was worried it was going to be broken, but it was fine. Simple to pull up and use, doesn't show fingerprints, and looks good on my counter. We use paper straws and I wish it could have come with paper straws instead of plastic, but I understand that's not everybody's choice.

Bought this set for my wife as a Christmas Gift. Very surprised at the quality of the glasses at such a awesome price. Hopefully they last a while but I don't see that being a issue.

These are so cool ! Everyday, or parties ,everyone comments on them ! Have run thru dishwasher with no problems . I would not recommend putting the lids thru dishwasher , as they have rubber stops to keep the straw in place ? Easy enough to wash lids by hand , and not risk loosing those stops !
