Ordered the 5 gallon to replace my 3 gallon setup. Now I can run 4 gallons of mash in 1 run instead of 2 1/2. Shipping took 15 days to Toronto . Arrived today and I couldn't wait. Setup was easy,took around 20 min. Directions were ok, could have been better. I ran a test batch of Vinegar and water so I could clean the setup and test for leaks. Everything went great. No leaks whatsoever. I did notice the the thermometer might lean to the cool side about 5 degrees. Other than that. The setup is well made. No leaks and seems to be quality for the price.

The still worked great. Pot works to make mash as well as distillation. There were 2 small problems. The first is that the rubber hoses for the worm come loose easily. Had to purchase clamps after the first run. I also had to make a new worm. The one provided only has two coils and the water wouldn't keep it cold enough. But I was able to use all the previous hardware from the worm to build a new one.
